No matter what company your looking into your going to hear good and bad. Its for you to find what works for you. Its going to be different for everyone, and that's half the problem, people go in with certain expectations without doing their research. All I can tell you from my own experience with J B Hunt its been a great experience, and let me tell you I've experienced, seen, and read a lot on this industry. You will have some that will say they love it, like it, dislike it, hate it, etc.. For me I would say it’s probably the best job I've had, but again it's always up to the individual to listen to those emotions and find what works for them best.
